Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital, creative, and custom production services, all sales are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed or partially completed work
- Approved concepts or delivered drafts
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Failure to provide feedback or materials
- Delays caused by the client
3. Pre-Production Refunds
A limited refund MAY be considered ONLY if:
- Work has NOT started, AND
- A written request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
Administrative fees may still apply.
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects with milestones:
- Completed milestones are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Remaining unpaid milestones may be canceled
5. Subscription / Retainer Services
- Monthly retainers are billed upfront
- No refunds for partially used periods
- Cancellation applies to the NEXT billing cycle only
6. Revisions vs Refunds
We prioritize resolving issues through revisions within the agreed scope.
Refunds are NOT a substitute for revision requests.
7. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be issued ONLY at our discretion in rare cases such as:
- Failure to deliver agreed service due to our fault
- Duplicate payment errors
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Dispute chargebacks
- Revoke access to delivered assets
- Pursue legal remedies
